Diplomatic and Official Visas
The Embassy of Haiti in London issues diplomatic and official visas to accredited diplomats, government officials, and members of international organisations travelling to the Republic of Haiti on official business.
General Requirements
- Note Verbale: Official note from the sending Ministry of Foreign Affairs or international organisation.
- Valid Passport: Diplomatic or official passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of entry.
- Application Form: Completed and signed visa application form.
- Photographs: Two (2) recent color passport-sized photos on a white background.
- Mission Order: Copy of the official mission order or letter of assignment.
- Itinerary: Proof of accommodation and travel itinerary in Haiti.
Additional Requirements (Family Members)
- Proof of Relationship: Marriage certificate or birth certificate of dependents.
- Identification: Copies of valid passports for accompanying family members.
- Authorisation: Letter from the principal officer confirming the family posting.
Processing Time
Standard processing takes approximately 5 to 10 business days from the date of submission of the complete file.
